TUITION POLICIES
Due Dates & Late Fees – Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Accounts must be set up for ACH auto draft or Credit Card charge through our online parent portal. A convivence surcharge of 2.59% is automatically added on all tuition, fees or purchases that use Visa, Mastercard and Discovery for payment. ACH, electronic checks or bank draft checks are processed at no charge. Tuition is delinquent after the 7th. There is a $15 late fee if not received by the 7th.
Tuition Calculation – Tuition is based on our full dance year (August through May). Monthly tuition is calculated based on the total number of dance hours your dancer is enrolled in each week and is paid monthly, beginning in August and concluding with your final payment in May.
Monthly tuition remains the same each month, regardless of the number of class weeks or holidays in a particular month. This allows us to spread the cost of the entire dance season evenly over ten monthly payments, making tuition consistent and predictable for our families.
Checks – There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. Checks sent via the mail need to be postmarked by the 1st in order to not be late.
Refunds – Tuition must be paid in full. No tuition is refunded.
Missed Classes – If you miss part of the month due to illness. You are able to take a make-up class within 14 days, you will need to email the director to arrange for that. When making up a class, please phone the studio or email the director for a suitable class prior to attending. After Feb 1st we are unable to provide makeup classes as students are in recital preparations.
Private Lessons – All private lessons must be prepaid, no exceptions.
Withdrawal – There are NO REFUNDS for voluntary withdrawal from the studio or for missed classes.
Withdrawal POLICY- You must email our studio director two weeks prior to the start of a new month. Fees are due until a withdrawal is received and processed by the studio.

$55.00 per dancer
Additional dancers within same family add $27.50 per dancer enrolling
Please register early as we can not hold placements for late starts.
Registration fees and your first month of tuition are due upon registration. Class placement is not guaranteed until all registration fees and first month tuition are paid. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
